These gatherings are for women who recognise that feeling. Women in perimenopause or menopause who sense they are at a threshold, not just biologically, but in every dimension of who they are. Women who want to meet that threshold with intention, in a space designed to hold it well.
This is not a workshop. It is not a retreat from life. It is a pause within it, a day to mark what is shifting, to listen to the body's intelligence, and to stand differently in what is emerging.

The Threshold of Becoming
The summer solstice, the height of light is a natural moment to pause. To see what has been illuminated, and to sense what is now beginning to take shape.
At this threshold, something is already shifting. Not all at once, and not with a clear destination, but with a felt sense that who you have been is making way for who you are becoming.
Across the day, we move through three threads: the wisdom carried through your motherline, menopause as a threshold to honour rather than manage, and a sensing of who is becoming available now.
This is not about fixing or redefining yourself. It is about recognising what is already in motion and giving it space to emerge more fully.
The day closes with a fire ceremony as the solstice evening settles a witnessed marking of what has been, and what is beginning.

Shadow At The Threshold
The equinox - the balance of light and dark, sits just before the turning toward winter. It is a natural moment to meet what has come into view, and to work with it more consciously.
As awareness grows, more becomes visible. Not only clarity, but the patterns already shaping how you hold responsibility, relate to others, and move through the world.
Across the day, we work through the archetypal lenses of Mother, Hero, Father, and Maiden, bringing attention to the forms these patterns take, and how to meet them with steadiness, discernment, and compassion.
This is not about unravelling, and it is not about revisiting the past. It is about becoming more resourced in who you are now, and meeting what is already here with greater clarity and care.
Where the summer gathering invites what is emerging, this day meets what is already present, to be held, integrated, and resourced.
